Our recipes incorporate foods and flavours of popular and cultural meal items. Our sauces and soups are created from scratch. We offer a variety of menu items prepared with cooking techniques to preserve subtle yet distinctive flavours that will interest but not overpower sensitive tastebuds.

To avoid sensitizing an infant's immature immune system, we have developed the Infant-Transitional menu for minimum allergenicity. Some children come to child care with special dietary needs, so we provide alternatives to our regular meal items through Special Diets Protocol for:
